CANCELLATION POLICY

The challenge we face is simple: this event only runs for 4 and space is very limited. For that reason:

Cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your session cost. No shows without communication prior to appointment are subject to being charged 100% of the session cost and will not be able to book future appointments online as a no show leaves us unable to book another family during that time.

We do our best to keep you informed and reminded of your booking. You'll get confirmation at time of booking as well as multiple reminders via email and phone a day or two out. If we are unable to reach you by email or phone, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.

Our goal is to serve as many families as possible during our run, and keeping your originally booked session helps us maintain that goal.


We would rather be giving fist bumps, hugs, and cocktails and making great images than talking about cancellations…yuck! So as long as you show up, none of this harsh stuff will matter.
