CANCELLATION POLICY + Image USAGE
Cancellation Policy:
The Simple Portrait Project – Cancellation Policy
We’ll be real with you: we’d rather spend our time giving fist bumps, hugs, and making awesome portraits than talking about cancellations (ugh). But since our little project only runs 4 short weeks and spots are tighter than skinny jeans after Thanksgiving, we need to lay down some ground rules:
The Not-So-Fun Stuff
Last-minute switcheroo (within 24 hours): Cancelling or rescheduling this close to your session means we can’t fill your spot, so we’ll need to charge 50% of your session cost.
No-shows: If you ghost us without a heads-up, it’s 100% of your session cost. Plus, you won’t be able to book future sessions online (because, well, that’s just not cool).
Reminders, Reminders, Reminders
We’ll do our part—sending confirmations when you book and friendly nudges via email and phone a couple of days before your session. But ultimately, it’s your job to show up at the right place and time.
Why This Matters
Our mission is to serve as many families as possible during our limited run. Keeping your appointment means we get to create more magic for more people.
The Good News
Show up for your session as planned, and you’ll never have to think about this policy again. Easy peasy.
Image Usage Policy
