We’re rolling back the calendar 100 years to a time when pictures were made under a hood and captured on glass. This lost art (called the Collodion Process for all you technical term lovers out there) is like nothing you can find elsewhere. But we want to pull it off and bring back this beautiful forgotten process for some of you this summer. This process is extremely technical and requires hard to find chemicals, intense light, and a good deal of experience. In some ways this is the most simple of portraits we have ever attempted. Unlike traditional TSPP sessions, these will move slow- the exposures are long so stillness is required and we plan to make and process 4 exposures.

TSPP “Heirloom” will be taking place on select weekends , through the summer months.  This is going to be a beautiful, incredibly specialized, and very unique family portrait like nothing you’ve seen before (at least in this century). Sign up is easy through our Sign up link on this site.

Cost: $1000 for a 2 hour session includes 4 exposure, one of your choice will be framed, and all will be digitized.  This is an eductional collabrative experience with a legendary photographer Michael Wilson.  Watch the ghostly images come to life under the red lights of the darkroom to create an image your family will cherish for generations.
